What we do

Day to day we do one thing: read what Amazon publishes about Kitchen & Dining, Sports & Outdoors, Home & Garden, Electronics & Accessories, Pet Supplies and keep the items whose numbers hold. The link takes you to the listing itself, which is the only place the price is ever current. The list is deliberately short — a page with everything on it is a page that has decided nothing. Anything that stops being available quietly leaves the list instead of sitting here as a dead link.

What we don't do

Nothing on this site is bought. We don't run sponsored placements, we don't take free product, and a brand asking to be added or removed gets the same answer either way: the data decides. There is no affiliate network deciding what appears here either — the shortlist is ours. No item is described as tested, trialled or lived with, because none of that happened.

How we make money

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. You are never charged more for arriving through us. Amazon keeps its price and shares a little of its margin, which pays for the daily reading of the data — and buys no influence over it. If that trade-off is not one you want to make, going to Amazon directly costs you nothing and costs us nothing you owe. It is a small share, and it is the only money this site takes from anyone.
